Applying to art colleges can be an intense and complex experience. This hands-on course is for all aspiring students preparing an art and design portfolio for college admission. The primary focus is to help students organize their ideas and art practices and better inform their future trajectories to best support them in building a competitive portfolio and application for art and design programs. The Foundations instructor has thirteen years of experience providing guidance and support as you explore a future in the visual arts industry. This in-person, two-and-a-half-hour class meets once a week over eight weeks.
